At Pet Haven Plus, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your options.

1.Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2.Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Gift cards
  •  Sale or clearance items (marked as “final sale”)
  •  Personal care products or opened hygiene items These exclusions help maintain quality and hygiene standards for all our customers.

3.Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
  •  Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

4.Exchanges

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Rodjo Official will replace it at no additional cost.
  •  For exchanges involving size, color, or product variations, please contact our support team before sending your item back.

5.Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.
  •  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure your item reaches us safely. Rodjo Official is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

6.Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of approval:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider  processing times may vary.
